About us
Hi and Welcome. I am Stacie, the owner and maker at Southern Milk Soaps. I also run the farm and wrangle the goats and dogs.
Southern Milk Soaps makes skin-loving products with a dash of southern hospitality. Our goal is to improve your skin and the way you feel. We also make products for your home. We not only want your skin to smell and look good but also your home.
ABOUT THE FARM: The farm name is derived from my favorite tv show, The Andy Griffith Show from the episode, 'The Loaded Goat.' The farm name was re-branded in 2022 to separate the soap business, Southern Milk Soaps, from the farm.
We range anywhere from 10-25 goats depending on the season. We participate in monthly milk test through Washington DHIA to help measure protein and butterfat in our milk. We also check somatic cell count which helps us monitor the health of the goat. We machine milk utilizing strict procedures to ensure the safest and cleanest milk.
ABOUT THE MILK: Goat milk includes lactic acid, a natural exfoliator. It's also full of vitamin A which is important for skin health.
Many people with eczema, dandruff and other skin issues have found relief using goat milk products.*
